Which ship next for Exploration

I've been finding and running low-sec MAG and RAD sites in my Cheetah / Rupture combo sucsesfully for a while now, and when the odd 4/10 plex pops up I'll throw my Cyclone at that too.

But trying to leapfrog three ships around takes quite a bit of time. I'm 24 hours away from Minmatar Cruiser V, which opens up a lot of new ships to fly; HAC's, Force Recon, Combat Recon and Stategic Crusiers.

I have Astrometrics 5 and all othe supporting probing skills at 4, and have a full Sisters launcher/probes setup.

Should I just jump into a Loki or would one of the other cruisers suit solo exploration better? I haven't cross trained apart from frigates, so really am limited to Minnie ships at the moment. Will be looking at cross training soon to get in a Tengu as this seems to be the defacto run to ship for this type of work.

Not interested in Gravametric or Ladar sites, but do want to see if I can move up to 5/10 plexes if I find any.

Any advice on which way to go next would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you're sticking to high sec (where, by the by, you won't find 5/10s). If you want to venture into low sec (and you should) you need to start looking at a travel fit with a probe launcher and a covops cloak and then a combat fit you can carry around with you to do the actual fighting. I haven't run across a pair I liked in a Loki, but I'm sure they're out there.

I fly pretty much exclusively in low-sec only venturing into the nightmare that is high-sec for trade :). Null-sec is on the board but that's a little way off yet!

The Loki fit looks good, would a MWD not be better than the ABII as some of the Radar sites especially have cans 100km apart, I know I'm ballooning my sig radius up by using it, but it helps ( on my Ruppy anyway) cross the distances quickly.
