Been on hiatus for summer holiday, now returning as school will soon resume.

I may be misreading this forum, but the impression I'm getting is that, while fights are up, so is AFK maggotry, and worse, FW has become the PvE ISK printing machine we decried with Incursions, with both sides gaming the system for monetary gain. Now since I was new to FW with the last expansion, perhaps FW was always this way and I simply did not get it at the time. If that is the case, then my thread is bad and I feel bad.

However, I did not join FW to make money. I joined to participate in player-driven conflict, boost the Federation, and get schooled in solo frigate combat. If the latter activities are still the core activities of FW, I am happy to jump back in. Otherwise I'll just go back to getting blowed up by Tuskers et al.

I would love to learn that I am mistaken in my impression. Thanks for your time.

FW is isk printing machine mostly for buddy alts.

There is some bigger conflict going behind all that farming.

Rules of conflict are so complex that happenings on general may be confusing and not so logical, but rules are what they are and we try to adapt.

Per capita participation? Most are farmers.

But there is still a TON of combat to be had. I'm up to 350+ kills this month, and only two (three?) days of that has been farming nulli secunda. (Though if you just want frigate pvp, the north west region of the map near Otosela/akkio is amazing for frigate pvp)

TL;DR - Are there farmers? yes. Is there lots of frigate pvp still? Hell yes.
