I am interested in purchasing a multirace PVP character. SP Amount not important, well trained is.

I would like something with more than one race of weapons trained into t2, and preferably sometihng with more than one race frigate/cruiser V. These would be good starting point but obviously the higher SP the character the more I would be expecting from the cross training.
