Attempted to use for a 14-jump Highsec freighter contract.

Paid an extra 20m+ for Rush Delivery,

Took an hour and a half to get moved.

Would not recommend rush service.

So, updating my intial remarks after using these guys pretty frequently over the past week. Before having them haul for me, making the isk I've made recently used to take me within the weeks-to-months timeframe. Now, I've jumped ahead to days-to-weeks.

If you need high volumes moved, not on your own time, these guys'll do it for a very reasonable price for the level of service they provide. I expect to be shipping with them for a long time.

Rush service is not a time based service, but a queue priority enhancement mechanism.

If you enter a regular contract and are added to the end of our queue, we work through all the other contracts before we start moving yours. If you pay for the rush fee, we move your contract to the top of our queue and move it the moment a hauler that is capable of executing it is available.

If all our haulers are 15 jumps out, it'll take a while before we start moving it, even though it's at the top of our list. If you are in luck and a hauler is right at the pickup point, we can have your cargo out in space in a matter of seconds, and then time is only dependent on ship used and number of jumps required.

I'm sorry to hear that you found our rush service not recommendable, although I believe you may have used a service that was not what you were looking for in the first place. Freighters are pretty slow, 14jumps would take about 35minutes with active piloting, so that only leaves 55minutes to get to the pickup point and get going.

As RD wrote rush means you are the next job, but pilots may not be near the pickup or even online.
You can always ask in our chat channel if anyone is available for a specific rush.

I also really like that you send me an eve-mail telling me what's going on with my cargo, when you pick it up, when to expect delivery. Tracing cargo is always very important, as good schedule makes my logistics easier.
