I'll go straight to the point. I bought it when he was 22mil more or less.
This char is a long term project that is in the middle stage right now, He has AWESOME Gunnery/Spaceship/Drones Skills
and needs more training on electronic/engineering/mechanic skills to become a PERFECT Subcap pilots.

I'll not highlight every good skills he has, go and see the skillsheet.
The value of this chars is the almost no wasted SP and the perfection in the training, as you can clearly see I have almost finished training ALL the pvp ships @5 missing only command ships/blackops/caldari battleship (lvl3)/logistics (in training to lvl 5)

I can give you limited api so you can use them in evemon to try a skillplan.

He has 2 bonus remap and the remap is available so in total 3 remap.

I'll follow the rules and the char is ready to be in NPC corp in 12hours

I'll follow all the rules of CCP.
