Rough Translations -

First article

Player given missions,(The poster's own opinion on what was said) If you dislike a POS that someone put up, put a bounty/mission objective on it , Don't like someone ? add a bounty on that person. But rewards will be different, for the POS case, the reward you will get is based off the damage you do to it , if you only blew up defensive ships i don't think it will count towards the reward. CCP hopes to let players give out player missions in the future

2nd article

Asked on T3 Battleships and T2 BS, the boss(I assume ccp) reveals , They do not plan to release t2-3 bs as of now but will be releasing T3 Battleships once tiercide is over.

Also afaik T2/T3 battleships are the Marauders etc and Tier3 not Tech3. But I can be wrong.

The text mentions , that they person asked if there would be more t2 ships or Tech 3 ships , the reply was T3 battleships after tiercide.

Not sure are they referring to tier or tech 3, but my own conjuncture is Tier 3 battleships because he would have put in 三级 instead of T3

introducing tier 3 battleships after tiericide would not make a lot of sense
