Punkturis is clearly just CCP Soundwave 15-20 years from now. They look far to similar to not be the same person. I can prove it, if you read this CCP Punkturis...grow some facial hair the exact same way CCP Soundwave has his, and then post a picture of it here.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.
