I cant see My POS my Friends Ships Anything

So i log on after the downtime and for my surprise when I reached to the POS I couldnt see it neither my friends Ships its like i was in a safe spot nothing neither in my overview nothing.
This is the account that have the problem

So i log on my other char and for my surprise i coud see everything was fine.
Please help

I haven't got that problem, but the problem i got is similar, in the way of when i'm mining i can see the rocks but thats its, can't see the rats that spawn although overview says there there and when corp/ally member come to kill them i can't see them either, any idea's would be grateful.

When changing ships on station all others work fine, but Minmatar ship models wont load. Same in space actually.

It is a grid load issue.
I have seen much problems like that since Inferno.
To fix it you must warp out and warp back to the place.
It is a big problem because you can warp to a gate at 250km to see if it is clear, do not see anithing thant when you warp to the gate you see a camp with bubbles appear...
