Minor Sansha Annex: where is the loot?

I know how random exploration can be, but I've done this site twice now and the final overseer has the same loot as any other BS. No faction tag, no faction ammo, normal salvage, random T1 mods in the wreck, and the wreck has the same names as that of other battleships.

I'm sure that I'm shooting at the right guy because he has a unique name and the site despawns a minute or so after he's been killed.

The mindcontrol tower and the other structures which are not present multiple times on the site also don't drop anything.

So where is the loot in this site? Is it bugged?

As many other unrated, it may just be that the faction spawn is random and you never triggered it .....

Faction spawn is random in these sites, will happen in addition to the named boss dude. Pewing the boss dude gives you a chance at an escalation, however.

This. A sample size of two is so insignificant that it's laughable.

Triggering a faction spawn in an unrated site is random. Please come back when you have 100+ documented runs of a site with no faction spawns at all. At which point we can begin to look into the possibility that the site might not be working as intended.

The Blood & Sansha Annexes I've done always have some faction loot at the end. At the very least a tag and faction ammo and t2 salvage off the wreck.

But yes, thanks for pointing out that in this particular plex it's (apparently) random.

In my experience, Minor Blood Annexes certainly don't always have faction lewt, though the plain Annexes do always have a faction rat. I'm assuming it's the same for Minor Annexes of all kinds, and you've been basing your experiences on the vanilla Annexes and thus confusion resulted.

What you need to do is gather all the crap into one place and get one huge pile o'crap and then convert it into isk then buy something nice.

Seriously, no matter what you do and where you do it...piles of crap.

I've completed this site (and it's bigger brother Blood Annex) a lot of times and what you get is a regular Dark Blood rat. Just as in belts when you find one it might not drop any faction mods. I'd say it's like a chance of 1/3 lately.

You do have a chance of escalation (a series of sites with travel in between) though where you can get another 3 x Dark Blood rats times before you get to the last site which might drop DED mods.
