Funnily enough, the more he spent thinking about his theory, the less he went to church. I guess, coming out, having some fresh air and actually studying the natural world made him into a rational thinker.

Nah, I'm agnostic. I'm am not so self sure that I think that I have the right either way to dictate to others whether God exists or not. It's their business and theirs alone.

I just find atheists equally annoying.

Could you just go back to your /r/atheism circlejerk? This forum is bad enough without religious discussions. You sound like a 12 year old that is just rebelling against his parents and not like a person who has put any thought whatsoever into what they believe.

Maybe we should set up a church, offer self-help programs for players and accept "donations". We could call it the Church of Spaceology. And demand tax exempt status!!!

Edit: just did a search and found 167 "Churches" in Eve, including two Churches of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, one Church of the Subgenius, and a Church of Planetology. The potential for satire is endless.
