Fly Caldari and use FOF's. If I get a guristas mission I switch to my tengu.

If you're already spider tanking you could fit both ships with remote ECCM. It is more effective than local ECCM and it boosts all sensor types. It isn't 100% but in that case it may be the best option.

You can Blitz "Dread Pirate Scarlet", when you do that you also get a ~8Mio Imp.
And you dont have to worry about eccm, just fly to the next pocket.

Also, in the most missions the aggro does not switch, so spider tanking should still work. (Not of you do cap exchange.)

What kind of ship do you use? How much ECCM do you fit?

Or both could work. You can also look up the mission details online to see what rats will jam you and primary them before going after anything else. Or avoid Guristas missions all together, they have crap loot/salvage and the bounties aren't the greatest.
