So PvE wise im able to fly a loki in 3 weeks, but to fly it well will take a further 4 weeks ish of training

Lows
3 x Republic Fleet Gyros
1x Republic Fleet Tracking Enhancer.

Mids
2 x Pith A type Adaptive Invulns
2 x Pith x Type Shield Boost Amp
1 x Pith A type Medium Shield booster

Highs
5 x 425mm autocannon II
1 x improved cloak

Subs
Nullifier
Regen matrix
Adaptive shielding
Projectile scoping array
Dissoloution sequencer ( i think )

May change out the PSA sub for Covert recon,

Main plans for this will be PVE boat. LvL 4s or go live in 0.0 ratting.

Implants, Full HG crystal, and full rack of +6% damage related implants for medium guns

That fit looks like it would be ok, but horribly expensive. You are stacking alot of high end gear but with things like a cloak (kills your lock range/time), a nullifier (loki should have prop subsystem for big speed boost) you are nerfing those high end modules to the ground. Will be a safe to move setup, but will kill slowly and move around plexes/missions with the speed of a regular cruiser.

In other words, you are paying top dollar for modules to give you an edge, but then you are covering that edge in foam rubber. Counter-productive.
