Anyone else looking forward to cheap battleship-EHP Cyno ships?

Yeah, a Procurer is really expensive.

Compare it with a destroyer or a frigate and you get an expensive ship.
A thrasher is 1M, a kestrel is 400k, a procurer is 5M.
Taken from eve central, average highsec prices.

Why is that an issue?

Sounds like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to be doing. The entire purpose of this change is to ensure that the Hulk is no longer the undisputed best mining ship.
