We are a big logistics corp in 00 and wanna hire some scientists and manufacturers.

2. You can build your own pos in our controlled solar system. (mining moon, manufaturion drugs.......do waht ever you wanna)

Jason, You are better off looking for renters by personal research and word of mouth.
I and many others have Alts in Industrial corps and you will agree letting us set up a POS in your space is not going to end well.

Also dont give it to them for free make it part of a rental agreement.

Part of the problem is trust and security. Why should I risk bpos and a pos in nul? I have those in hi sec. Instead, work out other deals. For example, if you could get me rocket fuel at a discounted price (given that you can produce it far faster in nul than I can in hi sec), I could in turn sell scourge fury missiles to you at a lower price. You would have a steady stream of ammo, I would benefit from a captive market knowing I don't have to waste as much time in trade hubs.

In other words, outsource instead of trying to hire directly. You may find you can reach a better arrangement. i could be wrong, but I think you could.

oh Our research POS located in 0.5, POS in nul just give members manufacture drugs and do ice mining. If you wana manufacture fuel block, it shoud be a good place.

To be honest, we don't wana control someone and order some low price produces. For example, if you are a Inventor, you just give corp 2 T2 bpc per month. and you will use pos free, data sheets free, corp will pay the fuel fee.

If you can manufacture ships or other things, you don't have to sell them to corp. Corp will give you some ships order, you can choose do it or not. Corp orders are not bad, you don't have to watch market everyday and don't worry no people buy it, so you can get isk back quickly and do new manufaction.
