Titan Bridge bugs

Sometimes the titan bridge bugs out, some of us cannot jump via the titan bridge!
It says titan is not in fleet or not in system, but both requirements are met.
or, although im in range of the titan to bridge jump, i hit jump to, but it does nothing!

titan bridges are bugged!

Yes, there are a lot of problems with this that need to be addressed. The bug saying that the titan pilot is not in your fleet or in system is usually due to joining a fleet with a bridge up.

Or undocking while the bridge is up.

This person is either not a member of your fleet or not present in this solar system.

This is starting to be really annoying!
