I assumed it was a bug that would be fixed in an upcoming patch. Is this a known issue? Yes, the camera-shake checkbox has been checked

We have not removed camera shake and I am unable to reproduce your issue. I get camera shake on warping/explosions on TQ and the test servers.

Can you try to clear your settings/cache, turn camera-shake off then back on and let me know if this resolves your issue.
