I've taken the liberty of creating a few chat channels that are intended to work in a similar fashion to the typical Trade channels though instead of being targeted by Product, they are targeted by locale.

They are:

Federation-Trade
Imperial-Trade
Republic-Trade
State-Trade

They are all moderated, feel free to join and offer Contracts/Price Checks for the associated regions affliliated channels.

May I suggest that you also create 0.0-channel, losec channel and hisec channel? Especially the two first ones could be useful. There is still much to discover from 0.0 market.

I would need to become a little more aware of how 00 is clumped, I created these channel in an effort to avoid the occurance of clicking on a contract and having that contract be 65 jumps away.

That would have to be the only complaint I have with the typical channels.

While I am sure that some would see this as a valid description of 00, I meant more of which 00 regions border which, I'll take a look at the maps and potentially include NPC 00 regions which border already included regions (for example including The Great Wildlands in Republic-Trade)

You seriously don't need to look at the map. The major blocs are:
- DRF (they speak Russian, and don't care about you)
- NC. Blues
- CFC (Goons & Friends)

With the presence of jump bridge networks, jump clones, cyno alts, and so on, in nullsec, actual geographic regions are a lot less restrictive for nullsec players. We tend to be much less attached to "where" we are and more attached to "what" or "who" we are.

This leads me to believe that it would be best to just leave the 00 channels to the 00 power blocs as I highly doubt that any of the three would want an outsider sticking their nose into what I would imagine would be viewed as internal alliance trade business.

TBQH, all three more than likely already have internal trade channels set up.

"Goons" are members of the Something Awful forums. This does not describe any significant portion of the DRF. I am not sure what you're trying to say here.
