They could change the material requirements at the same time as they change the ships. The procurer might not be as cheap as it is now.

But I suspect they wont - it appears CCP is taking the easy route with respect to the number of high slots, and I'm guessing that the blueprints wont change either.

For some reason, I think they are pulling the next Inventory UI: open an huge can of worms, see them spread everywhere, then look down with a dumb stare about what to do in order to catch them and put them back in the can.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

It's called Drake doctrine, can fit for about 80k EHP +/- 500DPS and still fit a cyno.
