barge changes are about time it was plain silly before

Besides if i really want to gank a barge i still can and i bet a whole pile of bears still choose the no tank max mining one anyways, only now they really have a choice

None. If something about this mining barges buff is that Hulk should get a much better yeld/cargo bonus and hit 40K EHP like every T2 cruiser hull can without much of an effort and stiff be very efficient for it's intended purpose: dps/bubble/logi whatever

I'd like to know what are these same guys complaining about mining barges buff, doing for market and rating bots.
