New ice harvesting/mercoxit mining rigs/BPOs

I'm not sure why the BPOs are on SiSi as yet, as they have no tab for materials. I don't see the rigs themselves seeded, so there is no way to test them at the moment.

you don't really need to, the maths for them is all fairly straight forward when calculating yield/cycle times.

you don't really need to, the maths for them is all fairly straight forward when calculating yield/cycle times.



If they have everything coded correctly, which is in part why you test everything even if you think it is correct.
