Recent escalation of events in Black Rise and Placid have led to conflicts in leadership between Wiyrkomi Honor Guard's CEO and executives of the parent corporation of Wiyrkomi. The differences between leadership executives have led to the forceful resignation of CEO Malcolm Khross from the leadership of Wiyrkomi Honor Guard until further notice as the matters are resolved. Malcolm Khross will still operate within the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard and a hearing pertaining to the differences of leadership will be scheduled.

Effective immediately: I, Malcolm Khross, am tendering my resignation as CEO from Wiyrkomi Honor Guard at the direction of Wiyrkomi Corporation's executive board. Leadership of the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard will be passed to Desiderya Kyiokkinen until matters are resolved in an acceptable manner. May the future of the Honor Guard be profitable under the trusted guidance and leadership of its new commander.

I'm saddened to read this. We are lessened by this action of Wiyrkomi Corporation against its loyal subsidiary. Khross-haan, you are one of the best of us. Regardless of what the future brings you, may you find profit and a happy home.

Malcolm,

While I don't always agree with your perspectives on some issues, you are a sorely needed voice of reason in Federal - State relations.

I hope to see you back in charge as soon as the difficulties with your parent company are resolved.

Our fleets routinely performed well beyond expectations thanks to Khross-haan's astute tactical leadership. It was an honor to serve with the former commander, and I am indebted to him for his guidance and counsel. Rikaato and hivaa saitsuo, sir.

Our allies should not be worried about continuity of command. Kyiokkinen-haani is a proven leader and ardent Patriot. All policies and procedures remain in effect. The Honor Guard salutes its new commander.

Concerning the change of leadership,

The Wiyrkomi Honor Guard will continue to operate as part of the Caldari State under the CONCORD Emergency Militia War Powers Act during the time we need for internal reformation. We have commited ourselves to this war, and we will not falter.

Agreements made under the command of my esteemed predecessor will, of course, still be honoured from our side.

-Desiderya Kyiokkinen,
Eskeitan Reijokkan, Wiyrkomi Honor Guard

On a personal note,

Suuolo,

I am deeply honoured by the trust you are putting into me. You have my word that I will do my very best to live up to the standards you've set for WHG and see to it that this unit will continue to prosper until you are cleared to return into office again.

Ruthlessness is the kindness of the wise.

I would like to congratulate Desiderya Kyiokkinen with this honorable appointment.

I know you as a capable and professional pilot, who is not afraid of spilling blood of enemies. I wish you to display the same qualities as a CEO and lead your corporation to honor and glory. Your appointment, from my point of view, is the best thing that could happen with your corporation.

May the winds blow to your back and to face of your enemies.

Pilot Khross, We offer our hope that this situation is resolved to your satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner.

Kim, either be more careful with the words you use, or shut up, your message could easily have been read as an insult to Mal. and I will not have you insult my friends.

A great surprise. Good luck and fair fortunes to both Malcom and Desiderya.

I am not going to talk with this man, about this man or discuss him in any manner. I said what I had to say, not to him and not about him. If you have read things that do not exist, why don't you shut up yourself and reread the message?
And, please, never bring a discussion of this man to me ever again.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you Yuni for your kindness, but I assure you that she is free to insult me all she wants, her opinion holds no merit with me.

Eskeitan Reijokkan Kyiokkinen-haani has proven to be a capable leader in the past and present and I expect she will continue to demonstrate her merit though this time.

Until such a time that I return to duty.

That's some nice corporate PR-speak there; care to elaborate and cut to the heart of the matter?

Were these 'differences' personal, as in "I slept with the daughter of a member of the Board of Directors"

Or were these ideological as in not keeping those boots shined to the corporately mandated level and denigrating the solidarity of the people of the State

or were these differences perhaps performance based? Hmm?

It's your public announcement thread, dear. You just seemed to be missing the part where you explain things.

If you wanted to keep quiet regarding the changing of the "guard," (Get it? Hah!...) then don't start the conversation?
