unless they decide to make it so mining barges/exhumers CAN NOT fit cyno's so they dont get miss used for purposes not intended. lol

A rookie ship can fit a cyno. They would have to add a new stat to every ship called "Can Fit Cyno" just to have mining barges excluded.

CCP generally gives ships attribute to what they can fit, as opposed to telling modules what ships they can go on.

It'll actually be more than 77k EHP in reality. CCP calculates EHP in-game using the lowest resists for shield and armor, so the true EHP of that ship in EFT should be somewhere around 90k.

Throw in Tengu bonuses and you're easily hitting 130k EHP.

I guess people will be wary of "miners" "sitting on a gate". Or "autopiloting" in a bubble.

Look at the scan res of the procurer/skiff.

Its frigate level scan, I can imagine it would be a great fast locking tackler.
