I am exactly what you want.

Full T2 fit as soon as I finish Kinetic Armor Comp to 4 (1.5 days).

No wasted SP! Only skills trained are for Legion. 3 remaps, clean corp history, +4 implants and positive sec status.

Re-sculpt is available. So you can have a brand new pilot with a decent name.

The only thing is that your max budget is a little less than I am looking for. If you like me and are interested, see if you can dig a little deeper into your savings and we can make a deal today.
