How nice to see young love. When I were a youngin I remember when I fell in love with Grandma. I worked on the farm and didnt go to school seein that back then it was more of a choice thing then it is now. Well she was still goin to school and she would walk past our farm on a regular biases. Most of the time I would see her walkin down the road with one of them unbrellas that you wouldnt use in the rain cause it was a designer thing then. Anywho, I made it my life's goal to be within seein distance of her when she were commin or goin from that there school.

One day, I were out by the creek that ran by the old dirt road she would walk down and I had just caught me a mess of perch. She saw me and thumbed her noise up at the sight of the many fish I had strung up. I smiled but were down trodden to see that she didnt like me. A few week went by and I paid less and less attention to her walkin down the street. So this one day she was all up in a huff about somethen and I were driving the farm truck down that there road and she flagged me down. Apparently, there were this teacher that was speakin out against the second war that had just ended a few years back and it really upset her cause he father never made it home from that there war. We got to talkin and when I got her home I thought it might cheer her up to tell her that just the sight of her made my day. Well, I get all nervous and blubber out that shes mighty pretty and I make a point to see her when she were walken to or from the school, and she made a face at me like I were a weird creature.

Talk about awkward situations. But we been married for quite a few years now, I won her over in the end.

Now Im off fer a bit, I found me a device I can string up in the Yard that has this their light that scares off rodents. Im hopin that I can keep the squirrels away from the bird feeders in the yard with em.

Yeah, that's all they're doing. You just keep telling yourself that.

Never met a woman who didn't want to hear compliments about her good looks and gving such compliments is a polite/gentlemanly thing to do. It'll make her feel better about herself and more confident knowing how devastating effect she has on people. If she doesn't want the attention from you, she will let you know.

Ugly people are just playing life on HARD mode.
Personally, I'm playing on an INFERNO difficulty...

While she's not particularly my type (I like dark-skinned, dark-haired girls), I've got nothing bad to say about her either :)

you are right, I don't need to get those threads,

BUT I'd like to say that in general I'd never encourage men and women not to tell a boy/girl they like that they like him/her for some reason. I think it's more of an issue in general communication between people that they're not open enough about telling nice things to people they like

I also get all the time that EVE players like how I communicate with them and make nice User Interface features they like, that stuff makes me more happy because then I know I'm doing the right thing at work, and that's all I want to do - make you guys happy with what I make at work!
