I was under the impression that a cloaked can wouldnt delcoak someone who was cloaked. As per recent patches made this not happen. Unless i missed something, This should work well.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

It is not so much for decloaking, rather preventing ships from cloaking.

OP is really afraid of getting banned, you're going to be committing to exploiting a grey area in the game, I think the type of judgement comes to the type of GM handling the situation, there's going to be the possibility of being banned, throw your dice. Pirate

isn't there a timer on how fast you can pop out jetcans and the like? I thought it was like 2 minutes per can.

If that's accurate, it's 256 x 2 for 512 minutes to get the pattern setup. Divide that by the number of ships you have for your camp and you still end up with a hell of a lot of prep time before camping a gate - and someone pretty much constantly replacing them as they pop.

It sounds like a hell of a lot of work to nail a covert ops ship.

Corpses are a nice way around that. As are shuttles.
