New Mining Barge stats completely eliminate PVP, With the exception of low-sec, null-sec, null-fleets, CTAs, Batphones, POS-shooting, Faction Warfare, Gate Gamping, WH raiding, Miner Raiding, Mission Busting, Plex Busting. War-Declarations, Can-Flipping, Piracy, small gang roaming, T3 Roams, Drunk Fleets, Ganked nights, destroyer roams, wolf packs... other than that there is no PVP for former gankers.

Now with 100% less Troll.

Tom is mostly correct. Mining barges have no turret or missile hardpoints, so their offensive PvP options are limited to smartbombs and drones. This situation is unacceptable.

If Industrialists can have Battle Badgers then why the frell can't miners have Battle Barges?


Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Will CCP's changes to barges eleminate PVP forever?
Does PVP have a future at all?
Is Eve doomed to die a silent death?

I have retired my 13 alts and its children from eve. I am a carebear, but realizing that PvP being eliminated by these buffs is just completely unacceptable.

I mean, what am I suppose to do in EVE as a miner now? Just stare at my screen in High sec with no one bothering me? Space will be empty now, jita will have no more spam, I can't even think of a reason to play.

You haven't seen a Gankfit hulk yet have you?

stick some Neuts/Nos in the Highs, Scrammer in the mid, shield modules everywhere else.
