Too easy.

Samuel Barber's Agnus Dei, the choral version of his Adagio for Strings, performed by Santa Barbara's Quire of Voyces.

It is played in Homeworld when you return after the test flight and your planet has been annihalated.

"No one's left. Everything's gone. Kharak is burning."

Adagio for Strings has been used many times, including in the film Platoon.
