It seems to be a rare instance when Empire gets its just rewards. People's interest in highsec is that of a gawking crowd, spellbound by a car crash or Jersey Shore; invariably, their attention spans are the real issue. Which is a shame, because there's fun to be had here. So we grind on.

Large tower job in empire, we figure "why not, there's probably not many other people that would take it." Take our chance with the wardec, play it by ear. We do enjoy our street cred, and money is money in this day and age.

TL;DR

We're hired to take out a large tower in empire space. Apparently THE GOD SQUAD have also wardec'd the tower's owner (I'm assuming they wanted part of the tower's 14 labs just as much as we did). Except goodsquad does not wardec until after we RF the tower, and didn't feel like alarm-clocking it for the tower's 1200 eve time exit from RF. Save for this enterprising gentleman, who was not deterred and did indeed join us on our stationary adventure. Potshots were taken, warpins were made,

In a fit of poetic justice, it's also apparent that Empire sometimes gets is juster rewards, in that when something does indeed go FUBAR, it becomes all the more apparent (safe, not safer amirite). A bit like the scenario which cascaded into our laps with the haphazard implementation of our new Empire war-dec system. So we grind on.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Zoid Lord for his contribution today.

His 0.14% of shameless whoring damage made the Op go faster.

Shame he did not stay to the end to see the pretty explosion.

I think he enjoyed flying Noir. Express Airways though.
