How much for a high standing trader

There seemed to be no interest(big supprise) for someone to back me to purchase a "Jita trader". My next best thing is to find out how much I will probably have to pay for such a char.

Since the Char Bazzar has a once/day bump and a very high turn over on posts, I figured this is the next best place to ask.

What do people think is the going rate for a char with:
Caldari Faction: 8.0+
Caldari Navy: 7.0+

make sure when you finally find the very hard to find merchant character, they have bin in an NPC corp for more then 7 days.

otherwise you can expect to pay up to 10B isk for say, a perfect legit high standing trader.

You may get lucky (very unlikely) and nab one for under 7B, but you will run into stiff competition pretty fast.

I was hoping for around a 15b cap, which sounds like that is a good target then.
