Hi guys, I'm back, again, and looking to see if there's any Amarr FW corps left that are still actively plexing, preferably with pilots active in the post-dt timezones

Imperial outlaws does some plexing. And if we aren't plexing we can likely hook you up in channels with those who are plexing. Our Euro time zone isn't our strongest but it is growing.

Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

Just got back from the Amarr meetingRollRoll, comfiming that no new corps are trying plexing. We didn't want those systems anyway....

You know, even I can't be arsed trolling this topic anymore.

Basically, we gave up trying to out plex 300 no gun ships and just joined the other side to farm mission.

CCP fuked up and made this possible, so there is actually little reason at all to every actually take part in FW sov. It makes more sense to actually pick one system move EVERYONE too it. Defend that, then allow every other system to be flipped. That way you could end up doing missions for the other side next door to you home. Less travel time. Plus with so few systems, no gun rifter club members have no where to plex but an over populated system of people trying to kill them. Or Caldari space. Lol

What I would be interested in is how many of those 300 no gun ships are alts of the Amarr? Or indeed, what percentage of the overwhelming horde of Minmatar are farming alts of the Amarr?

To me, it seems CCP messed up the mechanics, but everyone who farms the 'other side' are just compounding the issue.

Contrary to what seems to be popular opinion in this thread, I'm actually genuinely curious as to which corps are active in my preferred style of play and I'm not trying to troll. Nice to see the forums haven't changed much though Roll

My alt's just about to join the Amarr side of FW, so I'm hoping that there are pilots are there trying to retake space. Blink

I think by the end of your last paragraph you make some good sense. We are really no longer competing with many of the no gun rifters anymore. Because we have so few systems, those no gun ships are really not playing a role anymore.

The farmers don't get any more lp so we can start gradually increasing the how much the systems are contested. The minmatar can then defensive plex but now that amarr is focused on offensive plexing and not flipping systems right away we are actually making some progress on the overall map.

Its not huge progress its slow I agree. But unlike before this progress is sure progress. The only way minmatar can reverse this is to have all their plexers spend allot of time orbiting buttons for no gain at all. Meanwhile we gain lp and bleed off the lp they have in upgrades. This sort of pressure is building against the minmatar.

If nulli comes in to help in this effort, and does this smart, we will be able to cash in those lp at tier five fairly shortly. Then we will see how well the minmatar can adapt. Those thinking they just need one sb alt to run amarr missions will be in for a rude awakening.

I actually make the accusation that it is effective, we have 16 vulnerable systems that amarr could flip. And we are plexing up Kourmonen and Huola slowly as they are the only systems Minmatar defensively plex. I think the Eastern front opened by early Nulli people is also starting to take affect. I think there is one system over there in metro that is already at 40%.

Now I will give you the point that there is no need to flip the systems for a while. Nor could amarr hold the systems for long because of the massive potential for farming.

To respond to the original poster - yes there are corporations that are actively plexing Minmatar systems (even if they are not being flipped). My alliance is active in the post dt/Euro timezone.

Also, since the e-war nerf, every size of Minmatar plex can now be speed tanked by a gunless frigate with the correct fit.

edit: and it doesn't need to be a Firetail
