that song from the youtube is a song you can hear in the background in certain areas of the map, and that street has many of the same features as the map as a whole.

Thats fairly obscure. The music rings bells and for some reason those bells sound like deus ex, but I don't think thats what it is. Might be a game from that vintage though.
