So i with friend wanna try go for c3 . We have made armor spider tank of 700 . Judging from most report we can take on anything except for radars. But maybe anyone can advise that should avoid with such tank. And how do triggers work there. In most cases there is written cruisers - trigger does it mean if we kill one of them new spawn or if we kill last one or its random?

http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=WormholeSpace << "cheat sheet" for triggers.

TBH tho you need to take a few things into account:

System awareness (to minimise being ganked)
Effective damage range (often you need to be putting down good dps in the 35-60km range) and in a few cases beyond that.
How well your spider tank stands upto neuting.

Even the hardest waves are manageable if you kill the scramming frigs first in a C3 so you can warp in and out should the incoming dps get too much to handle.

Just checking to be sure. One in the brackets is trigger and there are no npc with same name witch are triggers.

The death of the last of whichever type is listed as trigger will cause the next wave to spawn, you want to be careful with triggers as once you pull one accidentally it can be hard sometimes to tell which sleepers come from which wave andyou can accidentally pull the wrong one again ending up with a ton of dps and neuts on you.

Using tags makes this easy as it can be, especially if you alternate between numbers and the alphabet in tagging the waves.

Shoot and kill the triggers before anything else and a talocan battleship will pop up giving you an extra potential 100-200 million.

There is one radar that has a bs a trigger that as soon as you shoot it triggers the next wave.

Bob Artis, you will be missed.

Yeah that ones a bit tough as you take a fair amount of damage clearing that wave and the next wave has over 1k dps and 2x scramming frigs. Nearly lost a bricktank gila to that when I was relatively new to the game (thought it was tanky enough to survive and went - was down to 5% shields by the time I'd cleared it).

Actually you have it backwards. The one with the BS trigger doesnt have any scramming frigs. Only webbing ones. It actually isn't too bad, if you start at range.

The toughest one IMO is the Forgotten Frontier Recursive Depot Mag site, with 3 Upholders on the last wave. ~1400 DPS

Its awhile since I ran them but thats the one I'm talking about - couldn't remember if it was the mag or radar off the top of my head:

Quote:

Reinforcement Wave 2
2 x Frigates (Emergent Defender) [web]
2 x Cruisers (Awakened Upholder) [web, neut]
2 x Battleship (Sleepless Upholder) [neut] TRIGGER
Max Incoming DPS: 1008 (EM/The 42%, Kin/Exp 8%)

Reinforcement Wave 3
2 x Frigates (Emergent Preserver) [scram, web, nos]
1 x Cruiser (Awakened Upholder) [web, neut]
3 x Battleships (Sleepless Upholder) [neut]
Max Incoming DPS: 1396 (EM/The 43%, Kin/Exp 7%)

You take a fair battering off wave 2 and then wave 3 is even harder + scrams.

EDIT: Ah missed that you were saying it was the trigger that spawns the next wave just being shot at...

Yea that one is the unsecured frontier receiver. And while you end up with 3 battleships, it isn't nearly as bad. For whatever reason the sleepless upholders seem to pack a bigger punch than the others.
