This should be a bit better than the last competition which had an open vote which based off of the number of 0 votes (not even from the contestants) had a short voting period, and was easily skewed by friends, alts and corporation members considering the low number of votes. While Affinity's opinion might not reflect the Eve population 100%, this contest will reflect Affinity's opinion 100% which has much more merit than an anonymous possibly skewed panel,

That being said I am a bit curious to see Affiniy's taste, and while I rarely like to compete in games and competitions will join the fun here. "Best" is so subjective and broad. Even though there is currently no prize for sub-categories it would be fun to see Affinity's opinions on factors like scariest, coolest, funniest, best pose, friendliest, and sexiest avatars. I personally couldn't pick out a "best" avatar, but could probably (with some difficulty) find a few favorites if narrowed down to categories, or bloodlines.

Eve's character creator is amazing, and the range here covers all sorts of portraits.

It was always going to be hard to hold a fair competition on something as subjective as best looking avatar, so I decided I was only going to hold the competition if I could get someone of authority on-board. I'm just so grateful for Affinity's participation, whatever the results may be!
