Need some advice

Ladies and gentlemen I bid you good evening,

Long story short, I've been out of the game awhile and recently joined up again. After viewing the vast the amount of changes this game has gone through I have decided to reach out to the community for some help/advice.

I have a Raven and apparently it is fitted from when I played way back. I have no idea if its even able to solo level 4 missions. Here is my setup:

High:
x6 Arbalest Cruise Launcher I

Med:
x4 Rat specific hardener II
x1 XL shield booster I

Low:
x2 PDS II
x3 BCS II

I have nothing in my rig slots. I'm aware of the scrubness so bare with me. Shocked I'm open to suggestions/setups whatever you feel may help me out.

How's your Capacitor?

Space. It seems to go on and on forever. But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.

Not sure if there have been any recent 'must have' updates, but for pve it still seems to be popular.

confirming solid fit. if you like cruise missiles and want to stick with them, you can upgrade to a navy raven as soon as you have the ISK.

I should buy an Ishtar.

I use this linked fit and I do L4s without too much problems, although it can take a while. Dps seems a little low although I haven't flown anything else to compare it against. Rats with defender missiles are quite annoying.

I do plan on getting a CNR. Let the mission grinding continue haha
