T1 fig to capture Minmatar major plexes?

Any T1 frig fits that are capable of doing it?

I used to farm Minmatar LP, but all the Minmatar WTJ-Framers kind of tick me off, so I want to switch sides.

As little SP as possible would be appreciated.

Merlin or incursus which can permarun small repper/shield booster with two explosive hardeners (since missiles are the issue, not guns). Takes few days of skill training though and definetely bit more expensive than your standard ab vigil

If you have mintatar 5.0+ standings you do not need any mods at all, rats do not shoot you.

Wont they neut, web, target paint and missile spam me, rendering active tanking, speed and sig tanking inefficient?

It was changed a little while back by CCP to balance the factions so everyone can use fresh characters to farm LP (fixing it would have been good so nobody could but oh well) the npc's still fire missiles but with one exception all the TP is gone so the minmatar plexes can be speed tanked just fine.

So what was all the fuss about? I remember reading how the combination of above Ewar types made it indefinitely harder for Amarr to capture majors compared to Minmatar.

Noob question: Do you solo these major plexes in a frig? And is it worth it with amarr being in a low tier atm?

Never tried minnie plexes but answer probably is "yes". (at least gallente major plexes is certainly soloable in frig) But You will need advise from Amarr plexers on fit.

Is it worth - zone control may switch very fast so if You are doing it for money and want it now then You need some kind of prediction what to farm to get lots of LP at moment of T5 (or T4) to cash out max value.
Now seems that Nulli Secunda probably will be able roll in (and pwn filthy slaves P ) and over time switch zone control in favor of Amarr to T5. So (without guarantee) answer on this question is probably "yes" also, because You will want as many amarr LP as possible when Amarr will hit T5
