I would like to apply. I'm not enjoying 15% returns on my stuff (in fact, EveNexus reported them as being between 10%-700% (taxes included) before it stopped working for me). Clearly I need to be paid money. Even Rykker's bond can't reach the magnificient value of 15-17% returns, instead it reached 22.5% returns! It's obviously inferior.
