You know in all seriousness I would have preferred a little more creativity with the changes. Removing triage modules for carriers and introducing a dedicated cap logistics ship would have been nice. I don't think removing drone bays from dreads was necessary but if they must I wish they could have come up with some new AoE modules for them. Kind of feels like they're just tweaking some numbers (which is fine, some numbers need fixing) but not actually creating unique features for these ships.

CCP needs to focus on working with what they already have and making the game less of a boring pain in the ass. I'm fine with no more expansions. Just make the game fun and bring everything to a high polish.

An expansion can do both. A real expansion that is. A lot of EVE's "expansions" have been done in the name of "laying the framework." Well, a picture's frame can only be engaging for a finite amount of time. Expand that frame with an actual picture, and it becomes much more engaging.

Expansion? Well, Incarna was an expansion. A total failure but still it can be called expansion in a way. It added WiS and NeX store. And lowered the players numbers.

If what I read so far about winter expansion will be it, it's a patch an update but not an expansion. Fixing long overdue bugs, adding few items and may be one or two ships per race cannot be called expansion no matter how hard they try to call it so.

Don't let them fly safe!
