You aren't going to make many friends posting this >_>

Simple answer is, go where the salvage is. Use your head and figure out where things explode the most.

Head? I though that was what the galactic map was for. No head required, just pushing a few buttons.

There is a map option for how many npc ships that have been destroyed the last 24 hours, use that to figure something out. its called Pirate and Police Ships Destroyed in the Last 24 Hours.

(if this is not what that option indicates, please correct me)

Why ninja?? lots of people couldn't be bothered to salvage, unless you looking for the PVP.
Either way, I hear Delve has tons of wrecks including many T2 and T3 which give great salvage and will put your "ninja" skills to the test.

Dodixie or Motsu, I believe Rens too. I dont know the mission hub near Amarr, but thats where lazy mission runners are, near the trade hubs, where many L4 agents for that faction are (and if they'd just make little effort to mission several jumps away, they'd never encounter a ninja looter). If they CBA to haul loot several jumps to the trade hub, they deserve ninja looters! Pirate

Also Osmon, some mission for Sisters of Eve there doing L4 missions.

If you never did L4 mission, it can take you to neighboring systems up to 2-3 jumps away, but sometimes its in same system.

If you plan to gank too you can put ship scanner to your ninja ship so you can scan the mission runner and know pretty much what you're against.

I would recommend some systems around Dodixie. There's a lot of Lvl 4 runners. They dont even give a sh** if you take their stuff, they just want the Standing. But yeah maybe in Rens you will find better loot and salvage. Or if you really want to test your skills like someone said here go to the Delve. A lot of war wrecks floating around.

Yeah, really. It's not hard to find places to do that sort of **** using the in-game tools, whether you're after NPC or player wrecks.

1. Why in the love of fekk would you ask this on the forum?
2. Come to Caldari space... anywhere in Lonetrek... I'll sell you my wreck fields.
3. Use the agent finder tool to locate Caldari an/or Minmatar hi sec systems w/ multiple L4 security agents within a jump or two. Carebears be there.
4. Find something else to do with your time. Almost anything will be more profitable than what you are proposing.

Frarn is where I ninja-salvaged when I started EvE.

It's 1 jump from rens and has a level 4 agent so it gets a lot of traffic.

There are also

Balginia
Ivar
and Lustrevik

All level 4 mission hubs in mini space only a couple jumps from frarn.

And don't let these people scare you, ninja salvaging is a fun way to make good isk as a beginner, and you really don't **** anyone worthwhile off, all the smart people don't waste time salvaging anyways.

Old Suddenly Ninjas alumni here. Use Dodi as your base and then take a look at Dotlan maps with the filter set to NPC kills (the most recent data, not 24 hours). The 2 or 3 systems that light up will be where the missions are being funneled. The Mission Runners there are quite hostile due to constant harassment from SN (based in Dodi) and friends so expect to get shot at frequently. The salvage there is sort of meh so you might consider somewhere in Amarr space (around Penirgman probably) or Matari space (somewhere near Isendel/Emolgran area in Heimatar region) if you're after ISKies.
