SOME SUGGESTIONS

: REMOVE ALL PASIVE MODULES AND SHIP RIGING -- CREATE HOLE NEW SHIP MODIFYING SYSTEM WICH SHOULD ALOW CHANGE EVERY % and BY LIMITED LIKE CALIBRATION, EVERY + to same atribute should BY LIKE
+1 (1%) +2(1.9%) 3(1.8%) AND SO ON WITH NEGATIVE EFECT LIKE (+1(1%) SHIELD -1%HULL)
PLAYERS SHOULD BY ABLE MODYFY EVERYTHING LIKE CONSIDERABLE ADD TO DRONE SPEED LOSING SOME DAMAGE.
REDUCING MISLE RANGE in exchange INCREASING MISLE DAMAGE AND SO ON.

With a feeble attempt to understand all caps. I got out of it that he wants completely customizable ships. An interesting concept but only from the inception of the game. If you want this, make your own game, compete with EVE and see how it goes; Eve is so terrible you just might beat them at they're own game.

It would take too much balancing and changes to the core gameplay to make a change like this feesable.

Don't thank us for reading something we can't read. Due to your caps lock being on I can't even understand that mess that's being quoted. I'm not even going to try.

I learned long ago that when folks type in all caps my brain skips words, and the post I quoted is exactly what I would have read had I tried to read yours. If you can't make sense of your post after I quote what I would have read then you need to re-type it. With the caps lock off.

Strangely, he gets more attention than those who type normal :D.

I tried reading the OP through nonetheless.
While I can cover an eye for the capslock, it is indeed to hard to understand. I suppose this is may be a troll post but I'd still ask "What's your main language then @ OP".

There are too many wild suggestions so I will pick out the only thing I could understand, which was letting the player choose what ship bonuses he wants.
I like the idea myself, but that' about it. The rest is simply incomprehensible.

well.. i grabbed one thing out of that wich made some sense. Why have 8 slots as max? Why not just add more slots? Instead of a 100% bonus to turret damage, why not just add more slots ontop of them? This would be "weird" considering that for instance amarr benefit more from having 4 turrets do 200% damage then having 8 turrets and extra highslots (cap wise).
But how to sort that would be for the developers to figure out :3

I'd hazard a guess that an upper limit was decided on purely for aesthetic and design purposes.

Tool creation which should have existed a long time ago, instead you decided to upgrade character portrait creation which make this look like episode from movie idiocracy. Giving big ships like dreadnought 3 guns is another bonehead move when everyone would like unleash true hell with it. suggestion : make few turrets sections with the ability to keep only one active at a time, but have a switching delay like 50 seconds.
everything should look like large ships could not have same amount off turrets everywhere perhaps have some blind spots or even weaker shield resistance at some spot, maybe you could attempt to improve old system .
Everything turret set up, shielding(strong,weak) spots, sensors (perhaps ship could lock out to 150km to one and 20km to other side) would be set up by players themselves .
