hello

can i web someone in fleet in hisec? cos i getting info about concord and last time concord killed me;/ why ?

If they are in your corp, Web away.

If not concord will get you! Webbing is a form of aggression.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

don't get confused between the two words. In Corp, you can do whatever you like (although your corp mate may not be the happiest about it). Being in Fleet does not change anything as far as aggression goes.

So if they are in your FLEET but not in your CORP, you can not do anything without causing aggression.

There is a special Hell for people like that, Right next to child molestors, and people that talk in the theater. ~Firefly
