Corporate Memorandum: Compensation settlement with Ishukone Corporation (For Public Release)

This notification that Strix Defence and Intelligence shall be entering into negotions with Ishukone Corporation regarding compensation due to damages caused by previous legal entity, Strix Armaments and Defence, in the Intaki Solar System in YC 112. The cause of this action against Ishukone Corporation was instigated in the belief that illegal manipulation of shares was being conducted against Strix Armaments and Defence via the subsidiary, Lokikamo Innova.

In light of evidence brought to the board of Strix Defence and Intelligence by the SDII these conclusions were in error and it is the belief of the board of Strix Defence and Intelligence that Strix Armaments and Defence was the target of a co-ordinated attack by Wiyrkomi Corporation facilitated by collaborators in the Federal financial sector conducting insider trading and stock manipulation. The SDII investigation into these activities remain ongoing.

The exact terms of future settlement with Ishukone Corporation shall remain undisclosed but they may include but are not limited to direct monetary compensation and the divestment of preferred stock in current and future Strix Defence and Intelligence subsidiaries.

Ishuk-Raata Command would like to remind the members of the IGS that we still continue to honor our agreements with Wiyrkomi Honor Guard.

Even assuming the unverifiable evidence is true - the act of sabotage, espionage, and outright hostilities between megacorporations of the Caldari State is not unexpected in low-security space. Unlike some other races, we take pride in our brutal competition with each other.

It is worth noting that Ishukone Corporation has been known to play those very same cards against Wiyrkomi Corporation and the other six in the past. That Wiyrkomi might have had a hand in the previous conflict is neither surprising nor upsetting. It's business as usual.

If the members of the IGS have any reason to believe I-RED will not support WHG when the time comes we are needed, they would be sadly mistaken. The ploy to point a finger at our friends will not work to drive a wedge between I-RED and WHG.

Wiyrkomi Honor Guard, we still stand with you.

I find this "Settlement" to be very convenient, seeing as there have been no attempts of compensation after the MDP conflicts between STRIX, and Ishukone-Raata.

I will speak to my superiors before I continue further. Until then business as usual.
