Yeah, it was brutal. But less brutal than watching it all unfold from my pod after my oneiros blew up... bit of a bad angle there :/

did our logi ship basically warp in at range just to only be 25km off of their team? it was hard to tell.

Our logi warped in at 50, while the rest of our fleet landed at 0. PL warped in at 50. Due to the angle, the logi ended up only 50 from PL as well. They pretty much had a straight burn towards it.

yeah- when you choose which beacon to warp from into the arena you can land at an angle like that.

i'd guess the logi finished up maybe 40kish (?) off the sleips but without vindis between PL and the itself.

I think Ravi said that in your test fights the RvB setup won. If that is so what made the difference in your match you think, and what would you of done different if you were RvB?

The bad warp in angle is really what did it. PL very likely would have won anyways, but if our logi landed further from them (preferably behind our fleet instead of off to the side), it would have taken significantly longer to die, and we would have been able to kill a couple of PL's frigs. We only needed to kill 2 AFs at the end there to go through.

Should have maybe gone straight for the afs as soon as the sleip and logi were down

This was such a close group it was absurd. Thanks to all of teams involved for not selling points or bringing point denial set ups. We love you RvB and look forward to seeing you again in the next tourney.

As the CEO of the Blue Republic I want to thank the entire community for all of the support RvB has received this year. Everybody has been great! A special thanks to all of our members and Somer Blink for helping fund our efforts.
