I haven't been able to find the answer to these two questions, please forgive me if this is already posted somewhere.

What is the max range a strip miner can be boosted to?

What is the shortest cycle time a strip miner can be boosted to?

Keep in mind you need some skills on Hulk to be able to target that far.

Not sure of maximum Boosted Range as my Orca driver has no room for that module, but with the Laser Optimization Mod, yield is at 1876 m3 per stripper cycle at 121 seconds (2:01). All skills at V and Orca has Mining Foreman Mindlink.

Yes, he is complaining ..... and he rather give him information he did not ask for :D He asked for maxed range, and you give him some not maxed stats, when in that link he has all the info he needed :D

IF that is a newb asking the question, a wall of numbers like that is utterly unhelpful, IF you remember your first year or so ingame.

According to EFT there is a implant set called Low-grade Harvest that replaces slots 1-6. Combined they will increase your range from 15k to 20.1k with strip miners.

Max booster skills + Mining Foreman Mindlink + T2 gang links + Modulated Strip Miner II. Does not include Implants or ORE Strip Miner.

Orca: 25.916 km, 121.781 seconds / cycle
Rorqual: 29.238 km, 104.062 seconds / cycle

A booster with a few levels of Information Warfare is required with a Rorqual for a Hulk to target past 28.125 km

err, not to put too much of a damper on your party here, but maxed skilled including the best implants totals are?

harvest set and michi, + drone mining rigs + max skilled orca booster ...

what are the maximums that can be obtained in game for a mining hulk, regardless of how ridiculous the fitting/costs?

edit - I want to say something that might break the EULA About Krixtal Icefluxor. So I'll just imply something bad instead.

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

There is no rigs/implants for speed and range, so this is the maxed thing you can get out of it.

If you wanna know yield ... i dont know :D

Also its hard to calculate drones, because there is the problem with their travel distance and size of the rock.

Sit next to the rock you want the drones to mine, and travel time is effectively zero. Use the range on the lasers to get everything else.
