A. Yes! Please use the Price Check forums though. Browsing for similar characters and how much they sold is also a great way to find a starting price.

FYI

I have seen toons of this caliber selling for ~7b However....

you are missing some key skills. NO Ice harvesting 5, No Ore specializations, NO shield Compensation skills to name a few. There are a few other minor omissions, but I wont bother to list them.
