A skill that lets you cross-load guns (Hybrid in 1400mm Howitzers) at a decreased damage output... for those 'crap I'm out' moments.

Or...one that lets you throw the 1400mm at your enemy. That'd be a sight....

The game already has problems with nebs being to far behind vets, last thing it needs is more ways. 5% here and 10% there does not seem alot but it can be the difference between blowing up or survining the fight in structure.

Ordnance Handling - Each level of this skill reduces the reload time for turrets and launchers by 10%. Does not apply to laser or mining crystals.
Prerequisites: Advanced Weapon Upgrades 5, Surgical Strike 5, Warhead Upgrades 5

I would train that to 5

And while i do agree with you on this point, it's something thats bound to happen anyway with how skills work in eve.
And i dont see why veteran players should be forced to train a shitload of skills that we have no use for, simply because there are no more combat skills left to train in the ships we want to fly.

At one point we simply run out of ways to spec into smaller ship classes, and are forced to train either industrial/science skills or capital ship skills just to have something to do.

Or train up an alt so you can be in two places at once.

I would get this just for the sake of claiming an 'unguided' missile is precise.

T3 turrets and missile launchers of all sizes and for all races......It's about time we got something going in that dept, along with more T3 ships while i'm at it, and no, i won't train an alt with the same skills that the main already has maxed out just to have something left to do in the game....Roll

"Daka" X1 (Per/Will)
Each weapon has a 5% chance per level to fire a double shot in a given cycle.

"More Daka" X5 (Per/Will)
Each Weapon has a 5% chance per level to fire a double shot in a given cycle. Stacks with Daka, Requires Daka V to train.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

Wouldn't that just...not make sense?

And wouldn't that also mean you'd basically be throwing missiles and crystals at your enemy? Guess that would be pretty pathetic to watch.

Also: While were on the subject I would like to see a new gunner skill that lets you salvage chunks out of your enemy's hull while hes still alive, or just mine the metal off his ship while he tries to kill you.

It's also important to remember that this is a signature.

Its a nice idea, but wouldn't it cause the weapon to just jam? Doesn't seem like something CCP would do. Doesn't make enough sense.
