What is the longest EVE session you have ever had.

Im asking this question in relation to the guy that had a 40 hour Diablo III death run.


Mine is 30 hours straight with an hour off for good behaviour. I had lots of tea and ciggies plus food when i needed it. I finished the session with 12 hours of unbroken sleep.


Ive talked to many people who have told me that im a massive lightweight if i think that this is an achievement.



Question

1. Whats your longest session (ignore the hours break)?
2. Did you have refreshments?
3. How much sleep did you get when it was over?

Bonus question

4. What sec were you in when you did this? (mine was mainly highsec with some lowsec at the start)

3. I try and get my eight hours each night.

Errr... at some point last week I was up till 6am fighting goons. I think it was a 15 hour gaming session.

High sec. It was when i first started flying a hulk, i was on terrible internet connection so mining was the only thing i could do with a 1500ms latency.

Fully serious, my life hasn't been the same since then. Eventually I burnt out. Time just passed by. Somehow I only blinked twice and my orders had been outdated for 40 minutes etc.

What?

I ate and slept daily (badly. Was in pain and instead of fixing it, I kept playing Eve)

Can't concentrate as well anymore since then but I'm recovering. That was several years ago. Lol

When I was a wee noob I joined the Privateer Alliance back before the privateer nerf. Played for 23 hours straight, then took an hour break, then played for another 20-ish at which point I fell asleep at the keyboard and spammed local for about 2 hours Cool

1. Few months ago i did this 42 hours solid EVE marathon, involved a few roams, a spam local competition and lots and lots of ratting/anom farming, the bulk of it was actually back to back anoms, my reasoning being if i did a metric f**k tonn of PVE in one go i wouldnt have to worry about the cost of my PVP for some time.

2. 4 litres of KX energy drink, 2 large cans of monster, 2 large cans of relentless, several mugs of black coffee, several packets of kettle chips, few chinese takeout, few packets of gummi sweets and various other sweets/chocaltes.

3. After the 40 hour mark, which was around the time of the second daily DT during all this, i was puking and starting to shake, it had been getting difficult to type for several hours before, after another 2 hours (making it 42) at roughly noon i just had to stop and callopsed, was not actually fully asleep, was more drifting in and out and had the shakes and was sweating ice it seemed, stayed that way until evening, got up had something to eat watched some family guy and then slept until lunch next day.

4. Was entirely in Null.

1) I remember pulling 57 hours about 3 years ago in 1 session minus DT & the occasional pee pee run. It might've been longer but I don't remember anything past 57.

During my unemployment phase, I spend some full days on it. Of course I would get up and walk around frequently and do stuff like search for jobs during lulls in gameplay. I was logged in to Eve maybe 10 hours some days, but actually *played* for 6 or 7.
