T3 blue prints ,perfect invendor,Pos upkeep cost, low sec moon mining.

Hello i can anyone tell how does perfect invendor looks this days with all curent changes in datacore and ect.
Second question would be how to get t3 blue prits.(Since u cant invent them i think) .
And is low sec moon minig profitabil or atleast could pay its fuel buil.
Last question how average pos upkeep would cost for research and manufactoring.
