And everyone ignores that CCP makes claims that everyone plays the same shard. Simply not true. What I do on Tranquility has no affect on Serenity. Hell there could be another pilot with my name on serenity.

Eve is no longer special.

We already had a thread about this. The OP was concerned EVE was dying because he didn't realize the left most part of the graph is actually present time.

Serenity isn't their game, they are leasing it.

Different EVE Onlines that just happen to look similar. CCP's EVE is all one server.

Chribba said that the reason it disappeared from his plot for 3 months is the IP changed and he did not notice. It was up for some of that time, presumably we just missed the growth spurt and are now seeing the results.

Don't see how it could be unintentional. You either select the days in Ascending date order, or Descending.

Maybe there was a re-write and it was overlooked?

The code was actually rewritten today, and was not "just order by asc/desc" since that would in my case completely grab the wrong data.

And yes the left-right way was very much intentional.

Yeah, sql monkey here. Guess it all depends on how your code is written, whether it does daily snapshots and stores, or if all stats are re-pulled everytime the page cache refreshes.

In the latter case a loop was running backwards.

I'm sorry but the universe is a much more entertaining place when I just make the details up as I go along.

As such you were sitting there today - looking over the html code of your various sites in notepad - when you thought it might be nice to see what they look like in a browser (never having bothered with this before)
