80ish billion isk

simple

find 20 noob pilots and buy them all starter chars that have the basics done to lvl 5. all they need to do is skill the rest :) and a 4b isk char is a present that keeps on giving the new owners.
where is my ability to link a sig properly CCP you munters!!

Buy PLEX and then trash them. CCP needs the income to correct all the flaws in EVE.

Make it whatever you want. But with 80b isk you could motivate a lot of poor masses to move some mountains in your name.

You could probably do it 80 times, as 1b isk is a lot of isk to most of eve.

Hey man, not sure if you're looking for a genuine answer or not.

If you're not interested in playing but have some time still, I'd recommend heading to rookie systems and watching for promising new pilots and those helping them.

Also, make a new trial account and scout rookie help, writing down names of any new folks that seem to really "get" Eve. Those that will stick around for a while, those that are hungry for something new in their games, etc.

Gift these people with isk. The specific number I'd leave to you, but even a few million is extremely helpful to a newbro. One hundred million is a small fortune. This would take some time to burn through.

If you feel this would take too much time, find someone you trust to do it for you.

If no one will, I could do this for you. I am not joking, and I am not trying to take the isk. We could set something up through Chribba/Darkness or someone you trust, if you like. I stumbled upon a mess of isk already and have donated a great deal of it to helping out new, fresh to the game TEST members, and it was extremely rewarding.

I love new folks, and I think getting new members in the game, sticking around and pvping, is probably the best way to help the game and use your isk.

Sponsor a Gankaggeddon ship replacement and a bounty on any gank fit ships ganked in hi-sec, can only be claimed by ships not gank fit and of less value than the ship ganked, bounty and ship replacement cannot exceed the value of the gank ship, kind of limits it but should discourage self ganking. Self ganking.... that just sounds dirty...

Build the worlds largest one man alt fleet and gank systems for a few months.

Buy lots of plex and come back in a year when its value has doubled and then see above x 2.
