New tooltips in fitting window

The new tooltips are fantastic for getting a idea of your range/DPS etc. However, currently you have to undock to get that information easily. I would propose that showing these tooltips in the fitting window would be a great benefit, enabling players to change their fits to get the properties they desire without having to "do the maths."
